Apartment project in Savassi customers bought a cover and where before there was a bib on a track without masonry floor. At first they ran behind the existing floor delivered by the builder. When we started the design was the couple with this dilemma. The solution we provided was not just seek the same floor coverage. We would compose a “catwalk” with a much darker floor and with much smaller size (to avoid problems with meeting the grout between floors). Thus we defined the space next to the “catwalk” with the banks and potted plants natural addition of calling attention to a path that would end at the high point of the project that is the deck with its sun loungers and spa for a complete relaxation!
